Constructed of American walnut with a transparent, lacquer finish. Top features walnut veneer in a pattern reminiscent of straw work. Hardware is cast from brass, acid dipped and hand rubbed to achieve a natural patina. Drawer box interiors are finished to match the exterior of the chest.
